The service
Qreview lets businesses collect customer feedback via a QR code, routing high ratings to a public review link and low ratings to a private message instead. It's provided on a subscription basis, billed monthly.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for the accuracy of the review links and business details you add. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement to sign up.
Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard's billing portal — access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Acceptable use
Don't use Qreview to solicit fake reviews, misrepresent your business, or interfere with the service's normal operation.
No guarantees
Qreview is provided as-is. We work to keep it reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access, and we're not liable for review platforms (Google, Yelp, Facebook) changing their own policies or links independently of us.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the update.
