What we collect
If you sign up as a business, we collect your name, email, and business details (name, review links). If you scan a QR code as a customer, we collect only your star rating and any optional written feedback — we never ask for your name, email, or any way to identify you.
How it's used
Ratings and feedback are shown only to the business you rated, through their private dashboard. Feedback below 4 stars is never made public — it's emailed directly to the business owner instead.
Third parties we use
Supabase (database), Stripe (payments — we never see or store your card details), Resend (sending notification emails), and Vercel (hosting). Each only receives what it needs to do its job.
Data retention
Business accounts and their data are kept while the account is active. You can request deletion at any time by contacting us.
